Looks like there is good modding potential in this netbook. Without som of the "stock" parts, there will be plenty of room for other parts. Really looking forward to it by the things i have read about it.

best thing it has going for it is the 2.5" HDD bay, gives potential for much bigger/fast HDD's & SSD's.

the high resolution version coming later on will also help.

hopefully they will offer a 1.86ghz 2GB RAM version without ripping us off.

This might be obvious, but is the Mini 10 fanless? I think the silence of the Mini 9 with its SSD and no fan is one of its best features. I hope this is the case with the Mini 10.

i know this post is a pretty old post but i was curious if the cpu and memory are on the same removable board. does that mean that it will be easier to replace the cpu if they ever make a more powerful version or replace the board with the board that has the 2gb of ram when they release that model?

I wonder if the EU850D 3G-card used in the Dell mini 9 hack would fit the Dell Mini 10 pci-e 3g slot just out of the box or hack needed. thanks in advance.
