Hmmm...
It looks like Wibrain will make it real..
Last time we heard it was just a concept prototype, but now Aving is reporting that it will go to production.
Specs are OK-ish, but that membrane keyboard might not be that good.. device it self could be a bit smaller too..
4.8-inch 1,024*600 touchscreen
1.33GHz Atom Z520
512MB/1GB of RAM
8GB/16GB SSD
WiFi/HSDPA/Bluetooth
touchpad
Linux or Windows XP OS.
It might stay as Korea only product but you never know..

Steve got Wibrain B1

Steve beat me to it as my sample unit is stuck in customs! More about it tomorrow when it arrives.
Meanwhile you can check the latest model updates as there is now 3 versions:
B1E with 512mb ram/30gb hd
B1H with 1gb ram/60gb hd
B2 with 1g/512mb ram, 30gb/60Gb hd and HSDPA or WIMAX.

Wibrain B1 gets more hands-on

BGR did the unboxing ceremony today and feels good with it.
In next few days we will hear how good the usability/design factor is. Steve should get his soon and I'm waiting some Fedex boxes to appear here... ( actually 4 different boxes coming here soon )
