Looks like the keyboard is same as on earlier model.. Mouse buttons moved from the sides to bottom of the mouse pad.

Add SIM slot..
..and pci-e connector.
Get a antenna.. this is from Lenovo..
route it to wwan slot,
and place it next to wifi card.
Done!
Surf is up!

You should be able to use Novatel 850D with sim slot too..

Yep, you need to have the touch panel, the controller ( same 8,9 inch as you can buy for Eee PC 900/901 ) and soldering skills.
USB lines are taken from the PCI-E connector and 5V from the mainboard ( not powered on stand by )

Solder USB lines to wifi cards pins 36 and 38
Than solder 5V and ground to these points ( off in standby )
Strip the bluetooth adapter and solder wires to it. Wrap it with Kapton tape to avoid shorts
