First hand-on with MSI Wind... and they love it!

6 cell battery extends a bit..

Bright and sharp screen..

No heat or noise and performance feels good... but it ran at 792Mhz and didn't use the full 1.6Ghz even on load.

Note that even the keyboard is wider than on Eee, the key size is only 1mm wider...

Wow... I'm really digging the Wind. I was holding out for the Atom-based 900, but something about the 901 really turns me off.

There's no mention if this is the 8.9" or 10" version though...

I don't think the 10" could have such a tiny keyboard. It would make sense if it was in the 8.9" version.

well after the $650 eeepc 901, the wind is looking so much more the umpc to go for.

Asus, sorry but the love affair is over.

I would not call it umpc any more.. 260mm x 180mm and 1.2 kilos is not that ultra...
