Computex actually starts today i dont know where he found that and if its 1.3 atom looks pretty cool

1.3 Atom? Not likely when the device has VIA and Nano by VIA on it.

The browser is internet Explorer so definitly this is XP on Atom 1.3

No, not definetly...
IE is also installed on Windows CE. And this is also running on non-x86-based platforms.

Ummm... it's Windows Mobile :(
The "Start Menu" is in the upper left, it has that handwriting button in the bottom middle, and all of those buttons to the top right are the connectivity things.
Sigh, I thought Nano would be more ambitious.

Actually it has VIA Eden 500 + Freescale ARM CPU, and installs WinXP + Android.

So the picture above shows it's a dummy model.
