now thats cool!!

how do they get it to lock-on to the device? it would need to be quick & effortless for anybody to realistically use a detachable KB.

They used velcro on the back of the device and the part that closes the keyboard.

So JKK, so far which one do you like the most Viliv or Aigo?

I did this with my aigo mid, but then i started using it as remote for my "apple tv".. bout to go put my viliv on it and see how it fairs

I thought about doing something similar with an N800 ... before the N810 came out :-}

flawed .. the device is top heavy, the guy is supporting it using his fingers

thats cool. i think 170 gr is not too heavy, it needs a bit weight for a good stand on the table incl. the viliv.

jkk: wanna see? just of course we wanna see :-)

IRXON KB850 Mini Bluetooth Keyboard is a palm-sized 83 keys wireless keyboard.

Oh man... This semi pulls me away from the e-king i1. =/

The IRXON KB850 bluetooth keyboard... Wanna buy mine? I bought one and its utterly useless. It takes 10 times to get the bleeding thing paired, its unusable as thumbtyping and the gummy nonfeedback keys make it hanous for desktop typing.

The reason the keyboard in this clip is somuch better, is that it attaches to the device like a clamshell. Although the flaws of it being top heavy, making it a bit less ideal. Seeing a split keyboard cradle that basicly would turn this viliv into a nicer looking e-king i1/wibrain, would be an absolute winner though.

What would be nice is to have a keyboard that get clipped at the back of Viliv the same way you clip the Car GPS Set and having the keyboard flip close on top of the Viliv Screen. So basically the keyboard can open and close where you can carry both with you at any time as one piece.

I hope someone makes one with a kick stand to conter the top heaviness.
